Products sold and delivered by Wholesel (owned and managed by Rajput Trader) are eligible for return within 10 DAYS of receiving the shipment from courier company, which is usually a third party company, assigned for delivering buyers’ orders at their shipping/billing address. Wholesel will be able to accept product return requests only if the received product is damaged, has missing components, is defective, differs from the descriptions outlined on the product page. Replacement requests are generally accommodated unless explicitly indicated otherwise on the product detail page.

In cases of damage or missing parts/accessories, etc., the buyer need to reach out to Wholesel’s customer support team, and share the details like photograph, video, digital recording etc. (as asked), regarding the product return/replacement request being raised.

If the product varies from the description provided, the Wholesel team will arrange a pickup from the customer’s registered location for a replacement. Resolutions for defective products vary, and Wholesel’s decision is considered final and binding.

Replacement requisites include ensuring the product(s) remains undamaged during the customer’s possession, is consistent with the original shipment, and is returned in its original condition. This encompasses the brand/manufacturer box, an intact MRP tag, other tags and labels, the user manual, warranty card, and all originally provided accessories.

If the product return/replacement window has expired, the buyers need to reach out to brand authorised service centers to get repairs work done but as per warranty terms only. For digital products with data storage capabilities, customers are responsible for eliminating all personal information before initiating the return or replacement process. Wholesel disclaims liability for any loss, misuse, or mishandling of such information.

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, including instances of a change of mind or inadvertent ordering of an incorrect product/model/color. Products marked as ‘Non-Returnable or Non-Replaceable’ on the product detail page are exempt from return or replacement.

Payment refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned product back at our warehouse/office (exclude the days consumed in transporting the product from buyers’ shipping address back to Wholesel’s office/warehouse address). Free gifts are expressly ineligible for return and are not covered by any warranty.

The comprehensive Wholesel Return/Replacement policy applies uniformly to purchases made from www.Wholesel.in. Products personally collected by the customer from a physical store are ineligible for return or replacement. Personal care products, due to hygiene considerations, are also immune to return or replacement eligibility.

Wholesel reserves the right to alter its terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court situated in Delhi.

Return/Refund Eligibility Exclusions:
Instances of buyer’s remorse, including a change of mind or inadvertent ordering of an incorrect product/model/color, are excluded.
Installed or in-use products, functioning in accordance with brand specifications, are ineligible for return or replacement.
Products without a serial/IMEI number or that have been tampered with are ineligible.
Products relocated from the primary delivery address registered for installation/demonstration are expressly excluded.
Products under the categories of software, video games, printer cartridges, or consumable items are categorically excluded.
Performance or software issues failing to meet predetermined expectations necessitate the customer’s visit to the nearest Wholesel Store or the authorized brand service center.
The primary packaging of large appliance products must only be opened by the Wholesel delivery associate or an authorized installation partner; customer opening renders the product ineligible for return or replacement.
Replacement/refund is not applicable for issues categorized as software-related.
In cases where the product fails to meet the replacement/refund criteria, the Wholesel team guides the customer through the repair services, adhering to the brand’s specified warranty terms.
Products designated as free gifts are inherently excluded from the possibility of replacement or refund.
