Wholesel Shipping Policy

Wholesel has a well-defined shipping policy designed to provide buyers with comprehensive information about the shipment process, from order confirmation to return.

Handling Time: Upon receiving a new order, Wholesel dedicates 48 hours (2 days) to handle the order. This includes the time taken for order confirmation, which may involve communication with buyers through various channels such as telephone, email, WhatsApp, etc. Additionally, this period covers the preparation of the package for dispatch.
Shipment Transit Time: Once the package is dispatched, the estimated transit time is typically between 2 to 3 days for the shipment to reach the buyer’s shipping address under normal circumstances. However, operational constraints faced by third-party courier companies (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, etc.) may lead to delays. In the event of any delays, buyers can inquire about the shipment’s progress directly with the courier company. Wholesel provides a unique shipment tracking ID (also known as the Airway Bill) to every buyer for this purpose.
SHIPPING CHARGES: At Wholese.in, buyers are not charged any shipping costs, neither for forward shipping nor for return shipping. This means that purchasing products at Wholesel involves paying only the cart value, which does not include any shipping costs. Shipping is entirely free for all buyers, and there is no condition requiring a minimum cart value for eligibility. Buyers of all budgets and product price ranges can make purchases and enjoy free delivery for their orders.
